At the helm is Rashida Lynch, our Team and Client Operations Lead. Rashida ensures day-to-day management runs seamlessly while supporting owners with timely communication and consistent results. She’s the bridge between the team on the ground and the experience our clients receive.
Joining her is Simon Noble , a new and strategic addition to the leadership group, focused on streamlining systems, processes, and tech. His mission: boost operational efficiency so our team can work smarter and respond faster — all while enhancing service quality.
